Order Processing Times
• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday)
are processed and dispatched the same business day.
• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and
public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
• Orders Over $150: Free Standard Shipping nationwide.
• Orders Under $150: $12.95 Flat Fee Standard Shipping nationwide.
• Express Shipping: $20.00 Flat Fee Express Shipping nationwide for all orders.
Delivery Times
• Carrier: All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
• Standard Metro: Arrives within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Standard Regional: Arrives within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: Arrives within 1 to 2 business days for metro areas (longer
for regional areas).
Tracking & Delivery
• Tracking Email: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is
fulfilled.
• Live Tracking: You can track your parcel's journey live via the Australia Post
website or app.
• No Signature Required: Parcels are delivered with Authority to Leave (no
signature required).
• Safe Drop: The courier will leave your package in a safe place if you are not
home.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately
and contact us at orders@tenscare.com.au within 48 hours.
