The knee is an awkward shape for flat rectangular pads, which tend to lift at the edges as the joint bends. These are cut to sit around the joint and hold contact through movement.

Making them last

Clean and dry the skin before applying, return the pads to their liner straight after each session, and store them somewhere cool. Replace them once they stop sticking evenly, as patchy contact is uncomfortable and reduces the effect.
