Perfect Mama+ is a TENS unit designed to provide pain relief in labour, with the additional benefit of a built in contraction timer. It can also be used to aid the production of breast milk, to help combat menstrual pains, and for pain relief post-partum.
Why the contraction timer matters
During labour the interval between contractions is the number your midwife will ask about. Perfect Mama+ times them for you on screen, so you are not counting minutes on a phone while trying to stay comfortable and mobile.
